C-GYYB Bush Caddy L-164 Le 15 décembre 2019 à Beaver Lake B.C. CA. Lors d'un d'écollage sur skis sur le terrain du propriétaire une des ailes est entré en contact avec un arbre, les contrôles on été détruits et l'avion a fini sa course dans un boisé et a subi des dommages substantiels, le pilote a pas été blessé.
