I owned this glider from July 1983 until late 1993. A lovely aircraft. I flew from Beverly Soaring society in Beverley Western Australia and gained my gold distance, (never did get diamond), in Juliet Victor. The Club has an annual Wave Camp in the Stirling Ranges and there I gained my Diamond height in 1991. Over the eight wave camps I attended over the years Juliet Victor and I achieved 25 000 feet on my initial Diamond flight, 23 000 on two other occasions and over 15 000 on more occasions than I remember. Juliet Victor and I also gave aerobatics exhibitions at two country show in the Beverley area. The aircraft was previously owned by the Narrogin Gliding Club, from whom I bought her. I sold her to a guy from Victoria and am not sure of its history beyond that point. I have very fond memories of Juliet Victor and hope she is being well looked after by her present owners.
