My name is Bill Bishop and I am the President / Webmaster of www.thehistoryhangar.ca . This aircraft is the former Canadian Armed Forces CH-136 Kiowa S/N 136228. In 1992 it was painted in a special theme to celebrate R.C.A.F. 400 Squadron's 60th Anniversary ... I'll upload a photo shortly.
