This aircraft was first operated in Australia as VH-TAG with Australian airlines.
It was then repainted in Qantas livery after the merge of Australian Airlines and Qantas.
In early 2003, the aircraft was ferried to New Zealand to commence service with the Qantas New Zealand domestic subsidiary, Jetconnect. It was then registered ZK-JNG.
The aircraft was then ferried back to Melbourne and converted to freighter VH-XMB.
It is now operated by Qantas on behalf of Australian Air Express.
